Well we are here to help you and encourage you on your way to a healthy you. It's hard work, and I'm having a hard time with exercise so that is something I have to work on...and motivation to go out and work out...

Is your body used to going up and down the stairs? What I did when I had stairs presented to me, I would run up them, or at least move faster. Your body must be getting some kind of benefit since you are able to get to the second floor without stopping. Throw some different ways of going up the stairs....ie - going faster…

I drink Crystal Light and count it as my water, and count the calories. If I didn't have Crystal Light, I wouldn't be able to choke down the water!

I went to college for one year...and I didn't gain the weight, I lost it. Living on the third floor, ran up and down the steps cause the elevator was too slow, and walked across campus to get to my classes. I think that is half the reason why I miss college lol! How many times are you eating a day? What helps me is eating five times a day- Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack and Dinner....I bought the kellogs fiber Antioxidants bars, I use those as my snacks....And I drink a bunch of water... Me personally, I would go out and have a good time. It is not like you go out every night to go out and drink. Just be conscious of the amount of drinks you are doing, and throw more exercise into the mix during the week.

I have that dreaded Belly too, and granted, I haven't lost any weight, but I would like to know the same thing too...I think there should be a little loss of weight in that region....
