No worries. I usually raid the fridge at midnight or whenever I am hungry and still losing weight :bigsmile: Just remember to log in everything you eat (and under calories deficit of course) and you should be fine XDD

I feel you dude, i am in the same situation as well. The thing is that i only feel hungry at night while i have already consumed loads of food for dinner (broccoli, eggs, yogurt, grapes and grapefruit) Guess we'll just have to endure it, for now :explode:

Thankx guys for the advises XDD maybe i should and jog and see how it works.... i am the typical pear, slimmer upper body with round and fat bottom body. Making it all worse is that my thighs and calves are really big, thankx to all the fat stored inside :angry:

Based on the site it appears that i am supposed to take 1590 instead of 1200 of calories per day.... means more food to eat :drinker: Btw, any suggestion for dinner? i usually have my breakfast and lunch at the company's cafeteria but as for dinner i'll either have to cook myself or find some…

Okie:laugh: Speaking about overeating, it seems that i can't reach my calories goal (1200) everytime... the most i can reach is around 1000 and sometimes only 800+:noway: should i just stick with it (eating less= lossing more weight) or should i actually mantain 1200 calories as requested :indifferent:
