Yeah, I've been wondering if I should invest in some new shoes. I have a pair of Reebok's that I've had for a few months now. When I get my first pay check I'll stop by the shoe store and get some Dr. Scholls or other such brand that's for nurses and other people who are on their feet all day.

I'd heard at one point that if you're just craving "food" that you should drink water, it generally works, I think I'll print this list out and create my next shopping list based on it and stick it to my fridge, thanks girl!

Finally have no roommate, happier than ever without a roommate. I hate that my upstairs neighbor plays his music so loud I can hear it over my own TV.

My main advice is if you find something you like but it isn't "just right" don't be afraid to have it altered. I sew a lot so I make most of my dresses, I'm also not afraid to alter a dress I buy if it isn't just right.

Before I found the app, followed by the website, I did keep a food journal and I found it extremely helpful. Started out as an actual journal/notebook then I made excel spreadsheets. But I find the app more convenient personally, but I do understand the appeal of the journal.

I have a WW scale and it doesn't do that. I can get off and back on and it'll say the same thing.

Jack in the Box 2 for $1 Tacos. Those were a serious addiction for about 2 months. I finally got over it once my boyfriend gave me permission to eat them, before I'd been sneaking it and feeling guilty about it, weirdly once he let me eat them I didn't want them any more.

When that happens to me I do a little bit a cardio, not pushing myself as hard as I usually do. And make sure to eat properly and get some extra vitamin C. That will typically knock it.

I am obsessed with green tea. When I have it around and I'm drinking it regularly (at least a mug a day) I notice my stomach is flatter and I feel all around better.

I stubbed my pinky toe and lost some skin on it and part of the toe nail, not broken, just annoying mostly.

Find it in your budget to find good tailor. Particularly for your work type clothes.

I have one that's underarmour, a little pricy for just an ear warmer, but it's amazing!

The worst thing that'll happen is your body will have to get rid of the excess nitrogen and your pee with be extra yellow.

I agree with what everyone else said. I would also add that many people on MFP have lost weight more weight faster at 1400 and 1500 rather than 1200 when they were loosing nothing (myself included in that) Good luck with your weight los!

Weigh in 161.2 Difference: -2.4! I did great with the water, I still got sick this past week (heading to the student health center once I finish up here). Not good on the veggies, however as my friends have noticed I have opened my diary up to them. I'm hoping this will encourage me to eat better, but it didn't work for…

I say it's never to early to learn good exercise habits.

Music is a must for me as well. Additionally i HAVE to have water or I can't finish my workout.
