I know we've all been there; times when you feel like you need something sweet (or fried, maybe). However, these cravings are often a result of your body trying to tell you something more.

I just fit moderate amounts of foods I enjoy into my diet. There's no reason to completely avoid any food.0

I'm not saying at all to cut things out of your diet. I think there is absolutely no reason to. My intention was to draw attention to potential deficiencies that could present themselves as cravings. Deficiencies of necessary nutrients can do the body a lot of harm.0

I'd heard at one point that if you're just craving "food" that you should drink water, it generally works, I think I'll print this list out and create my next shopping list based on it and stick it to my fridge, thanks girl!0
