i read that tea and coffee do count because they are primarily water. basically they are flavored water...but keep in mind if you are one that likes to add sugar, cream,milk to your coffee,or sugar to tea, that it will add calories to it, and if you are counting calories, then you are supposed to count these calories as…

I just got Truvia (http://truvia.com/) and I love it! It is an all natural sweetener, unlike sweet n low and others which are not good for you, and basically the same as drinking diet sodas. My main purpose for it was to add to Iced tea to keep it calorie free. And it's great! It dissolves in cold tea,unlike plain sugar…

a bunch of my co workers and I have been adding propel packets to water bottles. I love it, I actually crave the flavors..very refreshing! And they are not so sweet as juices , soda's. I read on facebook that Wii is coming out with a Zumba 2 game in november, and that one will calculate calories, this one does not.

so you are supposed to eat back your earned calories from exercising? My BFF says no, that you are just un-doing your exercise.... I hope this is not true, I love to eat me some fat kid food, and if I can do this and still lose weight, just have to exercise, count me in baby!!!! :-D

I have lost 15 lbs so far, and had my first person notice the other day, its a lady at work I don't see but once a week or two... I can see the loss in my face, and feel it in my pants size :-)

mc donalds fries, buffalo wings, and burgers....i have been on my diet 2 1/2 weeks and so far haven't craved these too much!! I figured maybe once a month I might indulge, but not until i have lost at least 12 lbs, 6 more lbs to go!!
