Just remember some stores have caught on to this. At my local store the ones that are close to expiration are in the back. Same goes with alcohol. They no longer rotate. New is in the front. :o

I picked my goal weight (between 130-160) because of a BMI chart. I am pear shaped(which I didn't realize at my highest recorded weight of 360.2) and I can see alot of my bones at 260. I wear my regular bra and wear a tight sports bra (fabric with no underwire in it sort of like a body shaper)over it to keep everything in place. They have a 3pack at walmart for less than $10. I am 5'6.5" weigh 260 and wear a 40C.

This^^ Although since my husband and I both have lost its not as pleasant in that I feel alot of bones. Not much padding on us to cushion things. But, otherwise it's only gotten better. More stamina, means longer "sessions". :smile: I do wish it was more frequent though.

Seriously. I weigh my milk, water, every liquid. I've done my research and I have not found anything else to be accurate.

Digital scale Ounces for liquid Grams for everything else. Cups, tablespoons, teaspoons are NEVER uniform. I have 3 different sets in the house they ALL measure differently.
