  • I would just like to know how you count your calories. Do you follow the carbs portion, because doing the low glycemic, you tend to be higher in the protien and fat side. I have been dieting for so long I need to find the right one (diet) I think my body is in diet shock, it refuses to lose anything it is so frustrating
  • you can always try to keep dinner really light like cook mostly veggies and fill up on that. Also I agree, exercise a little more and earn some back good luck

  • Something I noticed helps with the snacking is eating high fiber meals all the time. It takes time to get to know what to eat but this site helps out and lists your fiber daily too. You should try to aim for at least 30 grams per day Good luck to you too donnaleah
