is anyone following a low glycemic diet???

I would just like to know how you count your calories. Do you follow the carbs portion, because doing the low glycemic, you tend to be higher in the protien and fat side.

I have been dieting for so long I need to find the right one (diet)

I think my body is in diet shock, it refuses to lose anything

it is so frustrating

    try and start out with a 1/1/1 calorie ratio this meals 1 cal fat per 1 cal protein per 1 cal carbs. When you hit a sticking point lower your carbs. Try to get at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and work from there. Let me know if you have any questions or need any help!
