I had the surgery a few years ago and kept it off. Many people put the weight back on because they learn how to cheat. Here I had classes before hand and they wouldn't let oyu have the surgery until you relearned how to eat. That being said, Once the weight started to come off, I threw myself into exercising

FOr us it was maybe once or twice a year if that. My parents were about saving money. And my dad hated Mcdonalds!. It was very rare we ate out at all unless it was some family get together and my family never got a long to have many of those

Ok, first gotta say never use Wikipedia, not a reliable source at all, colleges and other schools will not use it as a reference at all because its so easily altered. However everyone has their choice on aspartame since like eggs, one day its good for you one day its bad. The research goes both ways, so really its up to…

Thanks, i wonder if I can cut it a little, lol I only have four pieces I am cooking but it sounds great. Thanks for the suggestions aznladie82; although shake and bake is a waste for me, lol I take the skin off once its cooked. Although Shake in bake would be better then my mom drowning the whole thing in bbq sauce.

I have recently learned that items such as Bacon can increase a persons hunger. There is something in it that affects a person that way. While food such as fish decreases it. Just an interesting fact.

Ok gotta be careful with the fruits and veggies, and filling up on them. Fruit has a lot of natural sugar which can be way to much if you eat too much. You could always exercise etc, when you think your hungry. Sometimes hungry can actually be, because your bored and not really hungry. Although I wasn't a big fan of them,…
