You can lose weight with or without running. 80% of weight loss is done in the kitchen. What I find is that it improves my mood enough most days to have the motivation I need to eat healthy.

I like this post, it makes sense. I have more to lose than you but the same problems as you mentioned. I just have to get my head wrapped around the word "moderation" haha.
