I have been feeling pretty tired riding the bike, but I've attributed it to adding in this new exercise just a few days ago. I used to do 8-12 miles a day but dropped that in half with the 30 day shred added. I did end up riding for 20 min today because I felt so guilty

Yes, I only work out from home and am a stay out home mom of 3, so right now in this frigid Montana winter, I can't change it up too much

I think it's at moderate or something. I have not changed it though. I understand what you are saying as I've changed it from sedentary to moderate and have seen the difference but this is just within the last 2 days. I've been at the same activity level for some time now

I guess I thought with the heart rate monitor aspect of the Fitbit that it would be more accurate. The Fitbit says I burned 270 while mfp only took 66 of that

All you have to do is start doing it. That's it. If you can force yourself to put on your running shoes or sit down on that bike, you're half way there

Maybe try to do more cardio. Weight lifting is great and you should keep that up but if you incorporate more time doing cardio you will burn more calories. I do a minimum of 30 min a day
