Obsessed with the scale

I know it’s absurd, but I can’t stop weighing myself (Once a day). I wake up enthusiastic to see a drop, which I KNOW is totally unreasonable. How do I keep from doing it? Do I have to throw my scale away? (I can’t really do that, as my husband uses it in a much less obsessive way) any tips?

    I weigh every day and track it on a weight trending app the app says I'm 12.9 the scale says 12.7 but my weight is trending downward so I'm happy :)
  • I'm the same, it's not healthy just get rid of your scale and use one at the gym

    I got the happy scale app and enter my weight every morning... maybe do that so you can see the trend overall

    I'm using Libra and it really helps keep a more accurate record. Takes awhile for you to get enough data for a really good evaluation, but eventually the trend line started to reflect what I knew was happening.

    Just started using this and it's confusing me my scale says I'm 12stone 7.6 but libra says I'm 12 9.9 can you explain

    I weigh every morning. I put my weight in Happy Scale. Sure, my weight goes up and down, but the trend is I'm losing weight overall. That little graph makes me happy!

    I’m the same as some of the other posters on this thread. I weigh myself daily in the mornings to see a 7 day trend. I’m perfectly fine with it!
