I noticed that mine stopped working about a month ago. I haven't taken the time to research it much and have been manually posting my exercise. Hopefully they get it fixed!

Shoot! Sorry to hear you hurt yourself. Glad you aren't going to let it get you down. Soak those sore body parts in some Epsom salts....that should help. Take it easy and you will be back at it in no time!

Don't worry Kayla....I don't think they mean it as an attack. I just think they meant to joke and be funny. Don't take it personal. Once you figure out something that is healthy and works for you, just do it....not matter what anyone else says.

I have noticed that my exercixe calories from FitBit don't transfer over to MFP anymore. I tried the uninstall and re-install thing, and that didn't seem to help. Like you, I have found that both apps seem to be fine otherwise, so I just gave up and have been manually entering my exercise.

1/2 a Franz sandwich thin I Can't Believe its Not Butter Spray - a few sprays 2 TBS shredded parmesan cheese 2 slices canadian bacon tomato slices toast the bun in a frying pan with parmesan on top until cheese is melty, top with canadian bacon and tomato slices. YUM! And under 200 calories!

I love crispy Braeburn apple slices with Laughing Cow light cheese spread on them. I use either Swiss or White Cheddar. The apple is about 60 calories and the light cheese wedges are only 35 calories each. Yum!

I wish I could find the previous thread.......a couple of weeks ago a lady posted about her success using dermal rollers on stretch marks. She had before and after pictures and it was amazing what the roller was doing for her old stretch marks, Maybe she will see your post and comment.

Shrimp tacos are probably my favorite and I eat them at least twice a week. Sautee the shrimp in a bit of coconut oil with cumin and garlic. Serve them in small corn tortillas with shredded cabbage or lettuce, tomato, onion and cilantro and a bit of light sour cream. Simply DELISH!

This is a great reply. I totally agree with what you say, except that I have never heard of Hulda Clark. I have done an herbal parasite cleanse a couple of times and like you, always felt better afterward.
