Hurt myself on day one!

my goal for the first day was to get 60 minutes of additional walking at a pace fast enough to get my heart rate up over 145 I knew I would not be able to do this all at once so I split it up. Right at the end of my 50th minute I tripped coming off a sidewalk twist my ankle and my knee and wrenched my back. Skinned up both knees pretty good and I am sore but I am not going to let this slow me down if I can help it.

    Shoot! Sorry to hear you hurt yourself. Glad you aren't going to let it get you down. Soak those sore body parts in some Epsom salts....that should help. Take it easy and you will be back at it in no time!
