You can do this! I have 2 boys with a third on the way. I finally realized that for me to be a good mom and wife I need to take of me first. I will add you as a friend :)

Remember don't do a diet. Diets don't last. It is a lifestyle change. Once I learned that I was able to get my health in check. It's not easy because everyone wants a quick fix but it doesn't happen overnight. It takes time. I know you can do it!

I do a meal replacement not just a protein shake. I get all of my veggies, nutrients, vitamins and protein I need in a day. I like the how easy they are to make. I am running around in the morning getting the kids ready for school so making a easy and healthy breakfast is nice.

I do! When I was pregnant I though wow I am just getting bigger in my stomach and no where else. BOY was I wrong. I don't know what happens after giving birth but all of a sudden your entire body get huge!. But seriously hang in there you can do this. I never thought I would lose the weight but I did. It just takes time.

Don't be hard on yourself it will take some time. I finally got to my pre baby weight after my second child (it took a year). I finally realized that I wanted my body back and I am going to do this and work hard at this. I consider this "mommy time" I tell my husband to watch the kids for 30mins so I can workout.

You are going love T25! That is how I lost most of my baby weight. It got me excited about working out.

You can do it! We all can. We just need to remember the hardest part is starting. Just had my 2nd child and I hit that low as well but once you find that groove the weight will start falling off :)

Hi Linda, Thank you for joining the group! I love to going walking as well. I also just started running. I never thought I would be able to do that but I am pushing myself to do it. I look forward to getting started on the 6th!
