  • I only use the app on my phone, and any day from the past 4 you can see my cals for exercise aren't showing. Maybe I'll go via the Internet on my phone and see if it makes a difference.

  • if you weigh pasta before its cooked, at 100g, its around 330 calories. I have no idea after if thats what your basing it on, but i always weigh mine before i cook it :) I usually stick to around 40g, around 132 cals.
  • I wouldn't worry about it. In the UK, the recommended daily allowance for sugar is 90g, and your not hitting near that. My sugar intake sometimes reached 120, then i realised how much of a sweet tooth I had! I've got it down to about 70g a day from fruit and yoghurt mostly, and I think its a good balance as MFP's…

  • Don't beat yourself up over it, people eat that sorta thing 3/4 times a week and they don't see the effects for years, so one time isn't going to do you any harm! Before I "changed my ways" I used to eat a lot of pizza, and I still had low blood pressure!
  • It is quite possible, he weighed 330 pounds! When I first started at 252 pounds, I lost 10 pounds in my first week without changing much. Now I only lose about half a pound a week. Also, have you not seen the biggest loser?! Although I agree that it might not have necessarily been a healthy way of doing things.
  • yep! used to have to get either a size 9 (uk) or a wide 8. 8's now always fit, and are sometimes even too big meaning I have to get a 7! (btw i'm 5'10 tall so that's why I have a bigger shoe size for a woman :))

  • I would love to quit! I have tried, but I get very tetchy without a Pepsi Max or Diet Coke during the day. Might be something to do with the fact that i'm a student; as I have found I have drunk more of the stuff since I started University. Maybe i'll be able to quit when I graduate lol!

  • im definitely going to be doing this more now, I've done SOME weights, but not a lot. I have noticed however since I have been doing sit ups, jeans are fitting much better in this past month and ive only lost about 7lbs? Also push ups are definitely making a difference to my "bingo wings" haha!
