Do you have room for me? I see this challenge every month and mean to join but forget to before the new month starts! I'm training for a Half on November 4th and think that I could do 100 - but I think I'm going to set my goal for 90 since this would be my first time in this challenge :)

100% agree with this post! I was having shin splints and knee pain (the worst!) and I went out and bought an expensive pair of running shoes - didn't help.
