Thanks All, i talked to a trainer, they too suggested eating well... but, to target this area I'm also to include lots of core exercises. Using the core more will specifically target this area. Thanks for your suggestions!

I'm in the same boat. I gain 12lbs a few months ago and am trying to shed them now. My problem is I work really hard the first 4 days and expect huge changes. This time I'm working really hard to stay on track and remember that slow and steady wins the race. Good luck to you! We can do this! :flowerforyou:

Till about 2 weeks ago, I did not crave junk food or sugar. Fruit or yogurt was enough to subside any sugar cravings. This happens to me every time I start to loose weight. I start to see results… which is awesome. However, my mind starts thinking, "I know what I am doing" and then I start being less strict when tracking what I eat...
