Thanks guys.... so the plan for tonight is to try on my bikini's and dresses for hols and horrify myself into action haha! I will log everying (the good, the bad and the terrifying!) and force myself back to the gym!! Since January I have managed to (mostly) stick to one night a week. I had to cut out wine as it didnt go well with dieting (i.e. I became a lightweight!) so its just beer now. I do love it though - if I could make 1 thing calorie free it would be beer. :-)

I havent done it for a few days due to a sore back but starting to feel better so I'm going to give it a shot tonight! As long as it doesnt hurt (well, hurt my back!) then I am back in :-) It has actually been horrible not being able to workout properly - I have missed it. Bring it on!!!!

Thanks guys - my issue is more that i really struggle with standing sprints and feel like I am going really slow - sitting sprints I can do much faster. Does everyone have this issue or will it get better as I get fitter?
