so so sorry for your loss. i know exactly how you feel. its very hard with a young family when you lose a parent. I lost my dad in the aug of 2009 and i found out i was pregs in november, just wasn't prepared for it at all take one day at a time, keep family talking and support each other and you'll get through it xxxx

Let them join in. I have a nearly 3yr old who runs round me when i'm doing the Zumba wii while my 8mth old just smiles in awe of my determination LOL. It is tiring but make it fun, you'll still burn energy.

Haven't they done reports many many times that there is no physical evidence that cleansing works. Just good old water and a few hot sweaty workouts is just as good and is free. Sorry but just had to point it out. Don't mean to offend!

I know how you feel. I like a glass of red wine or several LOL, a few nights a week but i have to work harder so i can enjoy it. A bit like someone who loves chocolate, cake or a takeaway. don't weigh yourself everyday. Its obviously clear that you are exercising to a degree of burn out, so you need to rehydrate your body. But do remember to count the water that you get from foods too as well as milk, juice, coffee and tea etc etc etc. People don't often mention this.

I tend to keep it traditional. 3 meals a day and no supper. But it depends on what you do in the day and the food you eat. If i've had even balance of calorie meals in the day then i tend to feel hungry and have a supper no later than 8.30pm, otherwise it puts me off my breakfast. I totally agree on this. I lost 5lbs in my first week, then I stuck one week but then gradually i've been losing a 1lb each week, then this week I got my Zumba wii and i've lost 2lbs already and my weigh in week isnt over yet. I don't blame him. I hate it too. I have basmati rice but just have less of it. That way i'm enjoying something i like. But I also substitute it sometimes for bulgarwheat. And i do like that and alot less calories too.
