Lately it's been really hard to understand who's still in and who's not. We started with almost 100 participants and now we've dwindled down to this list of a little over 20. I'm sorry if you joined this challenge and are not included on this list. This list was composed last week and after multiple posts, we've had to disqualify anyone who did not post on the message board. It's just too hard to keep up with 80 people who aren't even in this challenge.

    Good challenge this week.

Just a thought, if you're going to do more challenges in the future, you might have a better time retaining members if you stick to one thread or at least put the link to the new thread in the old thread. I think a lot of people had trouble finding the new thread each week, and we probably lost a few members each week to that. Just something to consider.

    agree!! awesome!

now that i'm past my nasty bout of food poisoning (yuck!) i'm back in the saddle for this last week!! glad to be eating actual food today :)

i'm taking the week off of running so that i can continue next week wen i get some strength back in my body. hope to go for a nice walk tonight after dinner with the hubster, then maybe i will fit the strength training in tomorrow and saturday.

Started at 160, weighing in today at 158.6! I did two days of strength training too. I may not have lost a whole lot of weight these 7 weeks but it helped me bust through a plateau! Yay!

Weight loss for this week is 2 (cw 167) pound but I only did one day of strength training due to seasonal allergies/asthma so I was side lined most of the week.

No weight loss this week, but that's as I expected. I did manage to strength train once this week - it's been a busy one for me. However, I followed the advice of a friend and did it with free weights - what a difference!

I'm out of town and don't have access to a scale right now, so unfortunately I can't weigh in... I had fun with this challenge, though :).

Team UK results from Saturday morning.... sorry it's been a hectic weekend!
Stacebob put on half a pound, total challenge loss now 5.5 pounds
Sylvia stayed the same so lost 5 pounds during the challenge
Eviesmum stayed the same, 10 pounds lost during challenge
Boooie lost 2 pounds so has lost a massive 16 pounds during the 7 weeks
Nikkiws lost 2 pounds so has lost 13 pounds during the challenge.

Three of us also completed the strength training challenge.

Thank you so much, look forward to hearing the results and to the next challenge.. hope it starts soon! X

weighed 157.6 on Saturday - started the challenge at 161, so i lost 3.4 lbs in 7 weeks - almost 1/2 lb per week so not bad!

only strength trained once this week due to some illness, but did hop right back into my 10K training yesterday after taking a week off. 4.5 miles done yesterday and SORE muscles today! had a great time doing this challenge with y'all!

Well, my final weigh in is 178.6. Unfortunately, I gained this past week!! .2 of a pound! Oh well...could have been worse.
I started this challenge at 187.7....so I lost a total of 9.1 pounds...I am very happy with that. It is a little short of my 10 pound goal, but it is better than where I was 7 weeks ago!
I did my workouts ever day this week...including strength training. And despite my lack of losing on the scale, I have lost inches these past 2 weeks on both my hips and waist. So, I am seeing results.

I really enjoyed this challenge and hope we will be having another one....SOON! :) I want to keep on going!
