Dear PCOS, Thanks for making my weight loss journey last much longer than I intended. I just love working out 7 days a week, strictly counting calories, eating healthy, and only losing 13 pounds after 4 months of this!! You can try to stop me, but you'll lose. I love competition, and it's you and me, buddy! ...oh yes, I…

Kettleworx is by far the best set of DVDs. The moves are simple enough for beginners, but it kicks your butt and burns tons of calories. When you feel comfortable, you can do the DVDs all over again with a higher weight. You do 3 DVDs each week--cardio, resistance, and core. I would start with a 5lb weight to start, then…

kettleworx!!! You get a set of DVDs...reasonably priced, they'll kick your butt, but you can start it as a beginner.

You can find 32oz BPA free bottles at wal-mart for $5 or less. I just bought two last week and love them.

I just started C25k this week. Today was day 2, week 1. I feel like I'm going to die, but I'm sticking with it. Great idea with the support group!

You can add me as a friend. I have PCOS as well, and weight loss is excruciatingly slow for me too. I lost 100 pounds several years ago, but it was a very slow process (compounded by the difficulty of losing weight with PCOS). Needless to say, I regained most of the weight and am back at the weight loss again. I have been…

kettle bell! I have several different weights of kettle bells and have seen a difference in inches by using them every other day. ...definitely a good buy!

I planned to start the program next week as well. Count me in!

Fiber One Honey Wheat Bread--packed with fiber and you get two slices for 100 cals! The best part is that it's soft and yummy...no cardboard bread here!

Kettleworx dvds! You can burn up to 500 cals in 30 minutes!

I'm in the same boat...losing it for the second time. We can do it! :)

I've used some of the fitness on demand on comcast. The thing to look out for is the duration of the workouts. A lot of them are sort of sneak peeks at what the workout is like, not a full workout. The fitnesstv ones are usually longer, with many 20 mins or more, but a lot of the well-known workout personalities have just…

Feel free to add me as well. I just joined MFP. I lost over 100 pounds on my own a couple years ago, then gradually put most of it back on, so I'm basically starting over again and could use motivation too. That's awesome that you dropped more than 75 lbs on your own. It's a great accomplishment. Keep up the good work!
