I started exercising from 2nd week of october only. But my October was a start for my weightloss journey :) I lost a kg, and my waist got down by 1 inch hips got reduced by 0.5 inches.

This inspiration is what i needed..at his tyme :) Bcs i was totally worried and i'm dying to see the change in my body..But i hve restarted the exercise and it has been 1 week only. Thanks for the quote :)
