i take it a step further from craving and i OBSESS over food. i rationalize in my head and go back and forth over whether i should have it or not, where i should go to get it, etc...it's really hard to overcome. thanks for posting because it's nice to know i am not alone... :)

i use a smaller plate sometimes...it helps because the smaller portion fills it up making you think you are eating more food!! *trickery*

i am a HUGE fan of on-the-stove popcorn...i never eat microwave anymore!! i do the same thing but with canola oil and sometimes i sprinkle romano cheese on it while its a little hot...so yummy!! my friends and i call it "loose corn"!! lol...

I weigh in on Monday for that same reason...I tend to be slack over the weekend (used to be!) knowing that i have to step on the scale Monday morning helps keep me accountable and i can pump up the exercise over the weekend too...
