One of my favorite snacks!

Quarter cup white popcorn seeds
Enough EVOO to cover bottom of pan

Once popped, sprinkle on oregano, pepper and basil leaves. Delicious!

EVOO is a bit more expensive than regular vegetable oil, but so much healthier. Also, making stovetop popcorn is so much cheaper--and lasts a lot longer.

I always make our popcorn on the stove - so much better than microwave, taste and nutrition wise!

Probably not as healthy but we like to make kettle corn on the stove top, which is adding a tablespoon of sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon.

You can also eliminate the calories from the oil altogether and pop the kernels in a brown paper lunch bag with the top folded over several times, and pop it in the microwave!
