I have a spibelt and an ifitness belt. I like the ifitness belt better. Less bounce and the neoprene is more water resistant than my spibelt.

Not an armband.... But I use an ifitness belt to hold my iphone while running. Waterproof and it fits with my otterbox still on my phone. My car key fits in the belt along with my phone.

I add a few slices of fresh orange, lemon and strawberries to the pitcher and let it sit a few hours in the fridge before I start drinking it. Dellish! Edited to add- i just brew plain green tea.

I agree, and do plan to weigh daily again in the future. I'm only cutting back to once a week while I'm trying to lose. I feel a little obsessive right now so I decided to go with the once weekly until I've hit my goal weight.

My runners mouth problem probably has more to do with swearing when I notice a hill. Seriously, I never run without gum or I get a slimy yucky feeling in my mouth.

Make a deal with yourself. If you get up early to run/workout, you can nap during your usual later running time. I make this deal with myself all summer and I hardly ever actually need the nap.
