Didn't I see some name suggestions somewhere? On another thread? I voted Orange Inferno! Is that a team picture or individual picture???

I'm working through C25K again--I got halfway through the summer, but lost my momentum when I got a new job, moved to a new city, blah blah. Anyhow, both times I felt that the early weeks were not quite challenging enoguh...so use them to up your speed, and even add an extra running interval at the end. I never liked how…

If he likes you, he'll call or text you the same night or the next day.

Bahahah! I would like to give that to my two boys ages 5 and 7!!! What about a shake weight or someother "as seen on tv" item they have at Walmart? Of course, if it's a church group a shake weight may not be appropriate. [/quote] I really like the As Seen on TV idea---like that strap that holds your bra straps together to…

Go to the Dollar Store. Find the UGLIEST Christmas Decoration or Houseware they have. There you go.

Woohoo Orange Team -- Sorry my response is a little delayed, they're laying the expectations on thick at work here before the end of the year---but I am super focused. And I need some ideas for low-impact workouts---my knees are killing me from C25k...and I'm super bummed!

I don't think either is to blame, there's no way either could know the other's routines or intentions without mind reading. That said, in my opinion when people WALK AWAY from the machines, they're fair game. It always kind of ticks me off when I go up to a machine and someone who was like 10 feet away runs up to me and…

The Chobani pomegranite & cherry rocks my world.

Add a touch of honey, or a little vanilla extract and some fresh fruit or a tablespoon or so of granola for some crunch. You really cant eat it plain. It's also delish if you add some minched garlic, grated cucumber and dill and use as a veggie dip. Yum!

1. Smaller boobs (no love handles in the back) 2. Fit into a size 6-8. I'm sort of between 8 and 10 right now. 3. Train for long races---I'm currently working throught C25k.

Hey everyone! My name is Katie, I'm 25. I started with the MFP app last February and then got into the online community last may. I started at 168, lost about 10...then got a new job, moved, and toppled my routine upside down for a few months! I'm here to get out of the "overweight" range - about 7 pounds to go for that!…

If you're feeding 5 people---that's a heck of a deal. McDoubles or just the single cheeseburgers aren't a bad calorie sacrififce!!
-
Definitely have to log it ---I have to tell you it certainly makes you think before having three glasses, though!

God those Red Robin Fries are soo good. Dipped in Ketchup. Dipped in Ranch... Oh yeah, and the free refills...on French Fries.

I asked Santa for the Poalr FT4 -- that'd be my vote!

I actually go at different times of the day--- I just have to think about it the night (or even sometimes days) before---oh I have an early meeting, better go after work. Long day at the office? I'll have more energy if I've worked out in the morning! If you have to mix it up that's ok--to me it's mostly just about making…

I'd stop home. Too big to go without---but would just go crazy wearing a sports bra under work clothes all day.
-
Thanks---stefaniee83 -- I actually asked for the Polar FT4, so I'm excited for the more accurate numbers---but I still don't konw why everyone hates on MFP's estimates all the time, they arent THAT bad.... I've lost 10 lbs (and gained 5 back due to my own fault) with MFP's estimates.
-
ME ME ME ME! I'll add you--add me! I started off (seriously) with MFP in late may, had a good 6 weeks, then moved, changed jobs and cities, etc. and fell off the wagon. But I want to finish so badly--and I am rather scared I can't get down to 140-145--that seems crazy to me! But we can do it together!! ANY of you,…

I realize that there is a difference--I was just wondering if someone had any specific examples of the differences?

If all else fails....you may have just gotten your $20 out of it. Time to reinvest if you can't get it figured out?

I hear you... I started college LOSING 15, then gaining ity back and another 30 besides that. Add me, I'll add you!

5'6. I started at 168, currently hovering around 160. When I was in the upper 160's my goal was about 1450, before excercise calories. It's now 1350. I want to get down to 140, which should be in the middle of our normal BMI range for our height. **EDIT** I should note, that I am not, and will probably never be a "slender…

I live in Texas--and the summer is the OPPOSITE problem...105 degrees is not ideal for motivating yourself to run. So I do it on the treadmill. I like the treadmill better anyways---it times the intervals without you having to look at your watch all the time. And it helps me keep a constant speed so I can pace myself…

Use websites like fitness magazine, men's health magazine and others (even About.com has a great section!) -- they have pages and pages of workouts (often printer friendly) that you can use to build your own little circuit, or alternate parts of the body for different days! That's what I do.

I'm in! Let's do it!

I'm not sure how to even describe how it tastes---bean dip? (that is, essentially, what hummus is). It's great if you're a garlic lover! Seriously though, it has a very unique nutty, garlic-y, bean dip sort of taste. But it's delicious and I recommend! You can buy it in the deli section of your grocery store--
