How do I get more protein? I noticed on days where I get lots of exercise calories (usually running days!), my protein macro goal goes off the charts and I can't come close! Back Fat, Love Handles, and Bra Overhang.
I've been working my upper body -- but apparently I need ot take it up a notch. Anyone know any killer moves, or routines or DVDs for getting rid of the back fat, the love handles, and the bra overhang? I don't know how to get this problem area!

Medically required fast -- going to get off track?
I doubt I'm the first person with this issue---but next week I have a medically-required fast (clear liquids only 36 hours prior, including a big purge). I am a little bit confused---according to my nutrition profile on MFP, I go WAY over on my sugar amount everday...but it's ALL from fresh fruit. Should I be concerned about this? 30 vs. 60 Minute Workout?
30 Minutes seems a little more manageble but it seems inevitable that 60 minute workouts are more effective. I sometimes don't have the patience to do a full hour. I am I better off with more frequent, but shorter workouts or 60 minute intense-burners?
