I feel you. A few moths ago I was doing really well with my weight loss and was on track to look good at my wedding this coming december, then I hurt my back rather badly 2 months ago. The first week I could barely stand. All I did was lay in bed and eat and feel sorry for myself. On top of that I have depression, and when…

Since you said "do not read", I couldn't resist reading. Lol! Congrats on the weight loss so far!

I like food. Food is tasty. I'm always hungry. I'd have to live on a treadmill in order to burn what I eat.

Good progress! Star Wars is awesome! I just hope Disney doesn't mess up episode 7....

Uhhhh, food it's self is a trigger for me. If it looks and/or smells good, consider it eaten. Even if I'm full. Even if I'm so full I feel like puking. Yup. And that right there is why I'm fat. I eat when I'm happy. I eat when I'm sad. I eat when I'm bored. I eat to celebrate. I eat when I need to vent. You name an emotion…

Now, the real question is, do you play MTG? That would be totally awesome!

Oh man, the spelling bee was not my friend! I was the science fair geek that won every year. Then when I got to high school and there was no science fair, I went and founded an environmental science club. Yup. I was that kid.

Hey! Feel free to add me :) I did alot of sports and gained a crap ton of weight when I stopped. Now I'm back to the gym and down about 60 pounds.

When you figure out the skinny foodie thing, let me know! I'd love to get my hands on some ramen and still be able to fit in my pants!

Yep! You qualify as a nerd. I was a straight A student. Now I just play video games and MTG and watch an unhealthy amount of supernatural :)

26 year old nurse. I graduated last year, but between full time school with clinical rotations and working a full time and a per diem job, I basically lived off of fast food. I gained 80 pounds over 3 years :( I'm down 60 of that now and am looking to lose another 20-30 and tone up now that I have free time to cook and…

You can add me! I'm trying to lose 100, and so far have lost 58.8 since February.

I've been consistently mistaken for an earthling for the past 25 years. Close enough right?
-
General advice:eating 1200 calories is not enough food if you have a 700+ calorie burn from exercise.myou will be tired, sore and cranky and eventually the scale will no longer move.

Hi there fellow nerdy animal person :) feel free to add me. I'm not on a strictly plant based diet, but there is typically very little animal products in my diet. I could certainly use any recipes that you have.

Hi! I'm 25 and started out with 100 to lose. I started running recently and am down 33 pounds and am now training for several half marathons. It can be done :) Add me.

I seriously can't wait for the day when I can say, "oh yea, I run 22 miles up a mountain a couple of times a week". That's bad *kitten*!!!
-
Wow! Good for you to already be planning to get running again! I work at a hospital on the orthopedic floor and have seen enough spinal fusions to know what you're going through. Which mountains have you ran up? I would like to trail run eventually, but I'm not in good enough shape for it YET.but I will be :)

Oh man! Beer is my THING! As long as its not in the house though I won't go out of my way for it. Cooking has helped me to keep track of everything much better. I also started to meal prep on Sundays so all of my food is already calculated and prepped ahead of time. Thebonlynproblem is I kinda get tired of eating the same…

13.1!!!! Miles that is. I like to hike too, but I haven't done anything on as large of a scale as you mentioned. The longest trail I've hiked recently was 11 miles. It would be nice to travel and hike though :)
