Making a slow start.

Hi there,

Basically, Im here to do what most of you are here to do! Loose weight!

Im 24, like in the UK and am very unfit. I have a lot of weight too lose and have my own little plan of how I want to do this and take it slowly.

What I am after here is some friends who their stuff and will to support and advise me in this journey and I will do the same back. If there are any runners out there I certainly need your advice!

    I started running (jogging?!?!) last November. I started off with couch to 5k and now can easily run 3 miles albeit slowly- 13 min. mile.

    Hi! I'm 25 and started out with 100 to lose. I started running recently and am down 33 pounds and am now training for several half marathons. It can be done :) Add me.
