I had the same issue this week. I did weigh myself and told myself to shake it off. Today I was not very hungry but I made sure I got in 1200 calories and lots of water. Shake it off!

When this happens to me I make a homemade beef or chicken vegetable soup. Also I might make a liquid Greek yogurt, banana,protein powder drink. Last night I juiced beets carrots, celery, ginger, and apple. It works for me.

Google people who have successfully maintained their weight loss. Find the study by a group that has initials for a name NCWL. Something like that. It is a study of the things people do who have. successfully kept their weight off. Sorry for the confusion, I am sleepy.

I use my iPhone to log steps, I don't add any exercise because MFP recieves info on my steps and gives me extra calories based on my steps. So don't log anything but weight lifting.

Today I am grateful that I walked a 16 minute mile.

Good advice, I am training for a 10k in May. I am working on speed because I like to sashay and stroll☺️. The course is very hilly but I can only work on a thing at a time. I was very happy because I finally did a 16 minute mile. The participants are expected to maintain that pace.

I clip mine on my belt when on the treadmill or shopping. I don't wort about steps too much after I reach my daily goal.

I Am training to walk the very hilly course at the flying pig marathon. Any ideas of what to do? I am a slow walker and just began to walk at 3.6mph. I also weigh 207 pounds. Thanks in advance for your help.

NOAH! It was weird! At the end of the movie the audience got up and left without saying a word,or clapping their hands. It was really strange. I felt like we were slithering out of there. Also I felt like I gave my Money to the devil because it was not truthful ????.

Angela I look back through my diary and found that December was my best recent month. I was not sick. I measured every thing and I exercised 20 days out of the month. Also I did not eat back all of my exercise calories. I best be getting back to that.
