i go to the gym x5 per week at 6am - LOVE the feeling it gives me the rest of the day :) - i wake up at 5:30. I do family meal/lunch prepping and packing the night before. so i literally brush my teeth, wash my face, get dressed and go :)

Add me to :) i am 32 with an 11yo son, full time work as a National Sales Manager, i manage 3 departments - quite crazy at times and i work out at least 4 times a week. Mainly did cardio but recently started with weight training. wanting to loose 15lbs.

I confess i had a girls night Monday eve and drank way more red wine, shooters and ciders then recommended.........for an entire month maybe even a few months :blush: ....on the bright side i am contributing to people having jobs ........ even if it is picking grapes on farms :wink:

im onboard, but only Sunday - Friday, i have been in the BAD habit of having a glass of Merlot almost every night while i cook. i workout 5 mornings a week. So in my aid to assist with no craving of alcohol im going to start working out in the evening as well - i hardly feel like drinking after a work out. Good luck!!!…

Here in South Africa we have a womans shake called Nutritech - it is a full meal replacement, i dont take it to loose weight - im just bad at eating so it is convenient when i dont feel like eating. but i only have 1 day.

My goal is 1200cal, then i work out doing taebo 5times a week, and do a quick 10-15min workout in the morning - every morning. i burn between 350 - 550 cals a day by exercising. but i dont try and eat back my workout calories. im just trying to get my normal 1200 cals a day. i will def try adding extra fruit and peanut…
