Fitness Challenge At Work

Hi all mfp's, just wondering what suggestions you might have. I recently started a fitness challenge at work for my team, everyone is very keen and motivated. Currently we are doing a ab and squat challenge. Do any of you have an effective 15minute routines i can implement daily (obviously we are crunched for time as we do these work out as part of our lunch) my Director is very supportive, she bought us kettle bells, palates balls, a manual stepper and light weights. Me personally, i need to loose the last 7kg's but i am doing this more for team work and inflated serotonin levels in the work place and just for my team to be healthier and fitter over all :) i have a team of 12 - the ladies weights vary from 55kg - 95kg......Any suggestions how to get the most out of the little time we have?

Hi Carmen, how about the following ideas for crunch time:

in my FitSport class we sometimes do what's called "goblet squats" so you hold the kettle bell with both hands (have the kettle bell touching your chest with open palms, don't grip it) and do squats while holding it, but the kettle bell should be heavy like you have a baby on your chest (you will feel this in your knees).

depending on how big the palates ball is, hold it in both hands reach up to left or right side diagonally and crunch down into the opposite knee letting the ball meet the knee. After a few reps, repeat on other side.

hold weights, squat with arms (and weights in hand) bent and when coming up, shoot arms and weights to the ceiling

    Hope that helps ;)
