1000 calories isn't enough to sustain health and body function. 800 Calroes is wayyyyyy too low. Adding protein shakes can help, and maybe try some healthy juice like grapefruit or mixing your shakes with blueberries, strawberries or bananas.0

peanut butter
full fat instead of low fat anything.0 -
Is it your net calories that are that low? What I mean is your daily calories - exercise calories?
What is your total daily calorie goal?0 -

Is the 800 calories your net calories after working out or the total you are eating and therefore your net calories are even lower? I am also at 1200 calories, but I always "net" under that because of my workouts...and that is okay.0 -

My goal is 1200cal, then i work out doing taebo 5times a week, and do a quick 10-15min workout in the morning - every morning. i burn between 350 - 550 cals a day by exercising.
but i dont try and eat back my workout calories. im just trying to get my normal 1200 cals a day. i will def try adding extra fruit and peanut butter.
sorry if sound amature-ish - (coz i am lol)
my aim is to loose to 6-7kg (but im just as happy loosing centimeters as well) , but it is always those last few that is so difficult, we started a weight loss challenge at work which is turning out to be loads of fun.
but i am not ignorant so any advice is helpful thank you0 -
