Had a good (eating) week until the weekend! I still stayed within reason of the calorie range and did not go back to my normal eating, but of course, no lose of pounds over the weekend. I did eat fish, but along with my mussels I had bread. The foods I know I have to stay away from are bread and cheese. My body turns these foods directly into fat!
I did try baked Sweet Potatoe fries for the first time, great Skinnytaste recipe!
I also worked out 3 times this week!
I will do better this next week!!! Goal work out 4-5 times and Goal to only use 1 day as a cheat day instead of the whole weekend! I will be below 160 for my vacation in June. I know I have it in me and just have to put my mind to it!0 -

Something I did this past week - I joined the gym in my building at work and went to Total Body Conditioning on Wednesday after work. I am hoping to go on Tues and Wed this week but had to have dental surgery last Thursday and am still in a lot of pain so I'm not sure about it. I've been advised to take it easy this week so as to not jar the wound site. It gets very sore if I move around in an athletic way too much. On the plus side, it's hard to eat0 -

Last week was ok. I got in a lot of cardio and strength training, however with Mother's Day and my nephew birthday falling on the weekend I did a lot of extended eating. No change from last week to this week, so this week I plan to go at it harder than ever.

This week lesson is: when working out (strength training) always think of the muscle you are working with, so you really feel it! It's very important so the muscle can do its best0 -
(i started out last year November @74kg - i lost 11kg - but gained 3kg - due to not working out or eating right much this year) so i only started back on the healthy trend begin May but determined to be @59kg end of July LATEST!!!)
