2.8% drop in body fat with the 3.8 scale pounds I did loose. That equates to a GAIN of 1.08lbs of lean body mass, and a loss of 4.88lbs of fat. Scales lie.
WOW! Are you following a specific training program? It is sure working for ya!0 -

I posted back in May when I was down about 80lbs.I thought that was pretty damn good, which it was. This week, I'm down 103lbs and hit my goal sometime last week. Now onto the scary part, maintaining... We'll see what happens. Lol! I started my diet change at the end of October, last year, so it's been roughly 10 months.

I need to tell - especially the guys here over like, 35 - I honestly don't think I could ever see even 185lbs again - I was 172 out of basic training. But this thread is convincing me I'm wrong. Thank you - to everyone - I'm really excited to get to participate with my own photo success story this time next year25

I just turned 35... I was 276lbs last October. I didn't ever think I'd see 200lbs again, let alone the 173lbs that I'm currently at. It's easily possible if you just pay attention to what you eat! Go for it!16 -

I weighed in January 3rd 2016 at 283 pounds. These pics were taken February 2015 I was 288 pounds. Because I started and failed so many times I didn't take any pictures when I started this time.
These were taken yesterday. I weigh 192 pounds now. 91 pounds down since January. In the first picture I don't know what size I wore the biggest pair of jeans I had was a 24 and they were to small. Now I can wear a 14 to 18 depending on who makes them. The shirt was a 3x mens. Now I can wear L to XL womens.
