  • Up and at em everyone. I had a long weekend and have been sleeping in later then usual. I did not want to get up when the alarm went off this morning. Got up and got Dirty 30 done. I get up and get it done early so I don't be making excuses later. Have a terrific day everyone!!

  • Hi everyone, it has been a while since I posted. I got back on the 21 day fix wagon and my 21 days will end Thursday. I forgot to take measurements before I started but have been weighing myself. It's great to be back to exercising and eating healthy. Hope you all have a great day!!

  • Eating has been great all day and I was up before work this morning and did a 30 minute walk on the treadmill. Decided to try the that for exercise this week. Hope you all had a great Monday!!!

  • @germany03, I was dripping sweat yesterday after that workout as well. Just finished up Dirty 30. Week one coming to a close in a couple of days. My junk food cravings are gone, never thought that would happen. Have a great Saturday everyone!!

  • @germany, I am feeling that way already too. It's a great feeling! Lower fix is done, my legs and bum muscles are still sore today but I kept pressing through.

  • My 21 days are over. I had to go out of town last week for a couple of days and was eating out so wasn't expecting a loss. This morning I was down 3.7lbs and 7 inches all over. Wow!!! I am going to continue on with the program!!

  • @sarahrbraun, I know a lot of people who eat salads due to the heat. They make more then just your usual lettuce and veggies one. Yoga fix is done this morning. I feel great being home and being back on track.
