Says the Advocare distributor. To the OP- Drink plenty of water, get enough fiber, and get some exercise. You don't need to detox. The bloat is water weight and there is no magical product or "cleanse".

Plug it into your diary and take a look at the macros. It looks pretty low on the calorie end of things to me and I'm not seeing a lot of fat. Like others have said, it's not so much about what you eat. Veggies and lean meats are good, fats are absolutely necessary, and carbs won't hurt you, but you don't have to give…

I've done Atkins twice. Both times I lost quite a bit of weight, both times I went insane with the food restrictions, and both times I regained all of the weight I had lost. I thrive on carbs and no longer believe in restricting entire types of foods. I've lost nearly all of my weight and kept it off for 18 months by…

No need for a scale. Spend a couple of bucks on a basic cloth or vinyl measuring tape and track your measurements. It's a much more accurate reflection of progress anyway. You can usually find a good tape in the laundry or sewing section of any grocery or drug store.

My boobs were last to go and are first to gain when I put on a bit after the holiday binge. At 200 pounds I was a DD, at 170 I was a very full C. Now at 130 pounds I am a small B. Implants may be in my future someday, but I'd much rather be my current size than overweight with a nice rack.

I don't sweat my macros. You should also consider that 1200 is the absolute minimum for a completely sedentary woman. You absolutely can successfully lose fat while eating quite a bit more.

I did 2 rounds about a year ago before getting bored with it. I saw great results and have managed to maintain my gains since stopping. I did not follow the diet plan, just made sure to keep my intake at 1800-2500 depending on the workout and my activity level for the day.

How about you save your money and see what 45 days of a deficit and good workout can do all on their own? So many people claim, " I lost so many pounds with such and such a product paired with diet and exercise!" when it can be done just as well without the product.

Mine was taken in August at the summit of Pike's Peak.

If you leveled it off, it should be accurate. Anything heaped over the top of bowl would be extra. Those do look like odd spoons. Perhaps look for some that are deeper. I think such a shallow spoon would be hard to measure properly.

What you are looking for may require 2 separate products: a heart rate monitor and an activity tracker. I could be wrong, but I don't know of any activity trackers that can monitor HR and an HRM will not give you an accurate number for low HR activities if you try to wear it all day. I use a Fitbit One and a Polar FT4. The…

Nope. There's nothing "clean" about my food. I eat processed grains, sugar, and all sorts of things that some would consider junk.

I count every calorie every day, but I don't sweat it if I go waaaaayyyyy over from time to time either.
-
If I know what I'm having for dinner, I will log it in the morning. That way I know how many calories I have to work with throughout the first part of the day.

Honestly, mine went away when I had it lopped off. I had a horrible panniculus, even after losing 60 pounds because of my two pregnancies. A modified tummy tuck was needed to remove the excess skin.

Slippery Egg 1 cup Egg Nog 2 shots butterscotch schnapps 2 shots Bailey's Irish Cream 878 calories, and worth every single one.

I don't medicate. Meds make me crazy. I totally steer clear of anything "herbal" as well. The best treatment I have found for my disorder is physical activity and an excellent therapist.

I would never buy something in the hope that it might someday fit. Even if I reached a certain size, it doesn't guarantee that the cut would be right. Seems like a potential waste of money and a way to set yourself up for disappointment.

Your friend needs to be asking these questions of her child's physician and get a referral to a dietitian who has knowledge of pediatric needs. The internet can be a vast source of really, really bad information. Nutrition in a child that age is not something to be messing with.

Get on 25 and head south for about an hour. Colorado Springs is prettier and much less crowded.

No. Give it time. I've had a modified tummy tuck (after 2 kids). They skin on my abdomen is still loose and looks about like yours does now. Full healing took a year and involved a lot of really annoying swelling. Time is very likely to improve the condition of your skin.

Yup, and I loved every minute of it. I didn't have to obsess about numbers, deprive myself, or freak out if I had a high day (or week). Years and years of yo-yo dieting were the result of trying to lose too much too fast. I am thrilled with my results and have maintained my sanity in the process.

It took me almost a year to lose my last 5 pounds eating at a net of 1500. The closer you are to goal the longer it is going to take. If you are getting frustrated, maybe you should give up. Your weight is excellent for your height. Why make yourself crazy?

I'm in maintenance now. I aim to stay between 125 and 130. I'm 5'4".

I have 3 spayed females. My smallest is 8 pound, largest is 10. The vet has said they're all perfectly healthy.
-
I went from a very full 36C to a 34A. I wish they hadn't deflated quite that much, but I'm okay with it.

This thread is five and a half years old. How the heck did it get dug back up?

I'm having to censor myself here. What I would like to say to the OP would surely earn me a strike.
