I started using Sensa just a couple days ago and I would say it works. It's not a magical way to make the pounds come off, You are supposed to use it with diet and exercise. It is an appetite controller. And it's ingredient is maltodextrin. Its a common food additive added to foods as filler. So It helps you to feel full…

Starbucks. Oh how delicious those 900 calories taste.

Eat a burger but wrap it in lettuce instead of using a bun. And use a leaner beef.

You need to shock your body. Calorie wise. It gets used to receiving so many calories that the deficit won't affect it any more. Try dropping it by 100 for a week and see what happens.

The more you swing your hips, the more calories you burn and inches you lose. :)
-
Wow that is impressive!

Triscuit cracked pepper and olive oil crackers, carrots, original shredded wheat, pickles are a great thing to have when you want zero calories and are starving.
-
That is absolutely amazing and what a wonderful thing for you to share.

Annoying when as many bras as you put on they still bounce and hurt while doing cardio.

Maybe you should drop the amount of calories you are consuming or try not eating all of them back? Sometimes your metabolism adjusts and you need to adjust with it.

I honestly don't feel like it is this complicated. I never heard about eating calories back until I found mfp. Maybe try to find some outside research. Google it maybe. But also just do what is best for your body. That's what counts. Because everyone is different.

Suggestion for a good protein powder that isn't too expensive?

And yes I have lost half an in ch or so on some parts of my body. I guess I was jsut expecting the scale to move. But I am not discouraged!
-
So water retention could be the highest culprit?
-
My daily goal was set at 1200 as of yesterday but I moved it up to 1500 after doing some research this morning. :)
-
Absolutely great article by the way. Thanks.

Diary is now public.

Well I take prenatal vitamins every morning (not prego) and I don't drink soda. UGH>

Have you heard of Dr. Oz? Go to his website and look up this topic. He had a whole episode dedicated to it. :)

I plan on taking one tablespoon before each meal, continuing with my healthy eating and one hour of walking a day plus 30 minutes of strength training.
-
It's supposed to help with weight loss. But it also has TONS of health benefits so the way I look at it is, why the hell not? You're supposed to ingest one tablespoon before each meal in a glass of water. But the organic stuff is a must. Needs to be unpasteurized.

Well I don't eat diet food and I'm definitely not on a diet. I am on a change of lifestyle. But even when I didn't make any changes I wasn't having an easy time consuming that many calories anyways.

Yogurt, trail mix, bananas?
-
It just seems like so much food.....
-
And that is healthy? How do you suggest going about doing that?
