My goals are to lose around 40 pounds. Get in shape and feel great. I do not want to miss out on all of the wonderful things God has planned for me by not taking care of myself.

On week 2, first round. Did Plyo today and saw a difference in my performance from last week. I'm excited to see how I feel on day 90!!!!! :bigsmile:

My family and I are planning on starting on March 7th. We're excited. This will be our first round.

I tried it for about a week. I lost weight great but quit when I began getting dizzy and lightheaded. It was also difficult keeping up with the food plan. I like a more rounded well balanced diet.
