Stay positive....I use to have a fear of the gym, but my hubby use to tell me...most people are looking at you in awe...you are here kicking butt and working harder than most in this gym...if they are are not looking at you with respect..then F**k them!!! The more you workout and start to see progress, the better and more…

I"m in!! Starting weight is 259, goal weight after 10 weeks is 244 and I would also like to set a goal of being able to do 45minutes straight on the Stairmaster (I'm currently at 20mins :smile: )

You have to add it under the cardio section...click add under cardio, and search strength training..should be there..just click and put in your time :smile:

Love oatmeal (old fashion oats) with fresh fruit and a little bit of honey, also eat a hard boiled egg with that. If I don't feel like oatmeal then I have a greek yogurt with 2 hard boild eggs :smile:

I also have a Polar FT4 and love it...Polar has good reviews and the FT4 is reasonable in price....good luck :smile:

I do 60 minutes of cardio and like to change it up between the elliptical (do interval training to change up resistance), stair-elliptical, stair master (kicks my butt!!) and treadmill (working on my jogging, if I'm walking it is at in incline :smile: ) I then do 20-40minutes of strength training, but do it in circuits so…
