THEY are Really really bad idea! You're in the wrong place hun for diet pills support. It's a life style change. Pills are temporary and can really affect your health in a bad way.

People who go to the gym dressed to the "t", with a full on makeup, and perfume are clearly not going to workout. I get in and get out! I can't understand people who say they met someone at the gym?!

Sorry for being a little old school but you need to do as little work as possible! you need to let him do most of the work. I did the same with pasta, bread, and rice. I don't miss it one bit. But there are 2 things I can't live without cheese and chips! :sad:

I agree with you chica! My situation is getting worse--- the more i lose the more the flab under my bellybutton deflates and gets worse! I know a tummy tuck would help but then i have a horrific scar! sooo at the end of the day im screwed either way!

I have a huge weakness on salty chips so instead i munch of turkey pepperoni and cheese. I make quiches in muffin tins and pop two in the microwave in the a.m. for breakfast. I usually make these on Sunday and eat them all week. If i want something sweet- sugar free jello Up the protein

up the protein lower the carbs. I hope that helps! Honestly if i look thinner but the scale didn't budge i could care less! You dont walk around with a scale you walk around with your hot self :bigsmile:
