Trail running, especially when I get to fly downhill, skipping like a mountain goat. It feeds my inner feral beast.

Walking is what got me started. Then I got a new Wii game, called Wii fitness. I absolutely love the cardio part of it. I do the jogging, the obstacle course, and the step up part of it. I did the step up part last night and loved it!! I could seriously do that all the time. I don't have a lot of coordination, but it motivates me to improve.

Aussie Rules Football (was rugby for a long time, but I'm a convert now)! Running, sprinting, kicking and you get to tackle people? Doesn't get any better than that
