My turn!! I ran all my numbers, which are: Height: 5' Currently 139 lbs 29% BF 99 LBM Goal 121 lbs 18%BF Moderate workouts, based on my goal numbers - 1919 cals per day. Based on my current numbers my TDEE is 2040 My daily deficit is 121 cals or 847 per week?!? Suggestions...

I love tough, but so fun. : ) Very intense. Still playing around with the numbers. I lost quite a bit of weight by really reducing my calories, but got flabby instead of fit. Now I am trying to get fit and firm.....I think I need to raise my calories just to make it through my workouts... Still not sure what my happy…

Great Post!! Not sure if I am doing this right though.... Height: 5'. Weight: 133 pounds. BMR: 1144. TDEE: 1601 (@1.4) BF% 26.11 Yeah, it sucks being so little....lol My TDEE might be a bit higher since I am doing intense exercise 6 days a week (Turbo Fire) Not sure how to figure the deficit ??

Right now I am at 24.7% based on the circumfrence method. My goal is to be at 16% to 18% - Athlete level (I want to see my abs and not see my thighs jiggle...lol)

Our height limitation is what really makes it difficult for us to loose. We just do not have the metabolic rates that taller girls have. If I eat the 1200 calories that is recommended I would only loose a 1/4 pound a week!!! So I have adjusted my calories down to about 900 to 1000 and then try to workout with a calorie…

This group is a great idea I am barely 5' weighing in today at 132 pounds, would like to get down to 120 or so and then decide if I need to loose a little more or not. Looking forward to getting to know everyone ; )

I always try to make sure that I have at least a 500 to 700 cal deficit at the end of the day, sometimes that means I can use my exercise calories and other times not depending on how much I have done that day. No hard and fast rules. A 3500 calorie deficit (500 x7) at the end of the week is one pound lost!!!
