  • Wow, I impressed myself yesterday. I ‘be worked nights (9pm-7am) for the last 18 months. I do NOT sleep well and have found I crave and eat tons of carbs to stay awake. Last night I didn’t deviate from my planned foods, nor did I do my usual food fest after work. Yay me!!
