    It sounds overwhelming but then again that's what I more or less actually tried to do!
    I hope it's possible.

    Starting weight : 83kg
    Goal weight : 60kg
    Current weight : 80kg (05 December)

    Anyone has reccomendation of meal planning apps? MFP is for journaling what we already eat, a bit harder to do planning here (although possible)
