Hi
Been here less than 24 hours and absolutely love all the stuff available on this web site!! My latest and last journey began 18 months ago when I peaked at 274 and could walk a whole block without resting. I was so angry that I let myself go. Anyway, I , as the song says "picked myself up, brushed myself off and started all over again"!! Have my good and bad days, but I have no intention of giving up, so far I already have lost 45 pounds and have 71 to go-
Looking foreward to making friends here;
