Great feedback and I agree that this is not maintainable over the long term. Right now it's just a matter of breaking a terrible habit and starting fresh. If someone has ideas on healthy ways to incorporate sweets, I'd love to hear it, as that will be my next step in February.

Ugh :-( Didn't track: 1 Me: 1 Binge: 2 I guess I can just track this month and try to make each month less and less bingy. Trying to focus on not binging makes me think about binging and makes it harder.

Not a bad idea. I weigh only about every 2.5 weeks and wish I didn't feel compelled to weigh at all. It feels like a much bigger accomplishment to have clothes fitting right than to match up numbers on a scale.
