I have the same problem! I just try to eat something small. LIke i'll have 1/3 of a dark chocolate candy bar. Or have a boiled egg and add salt. And sometimes i'm bad and pig out.! I though it was just me! Thanks for the post!

Wel this isn't particularly "fast", but Panera Bread has low fat chicken noodle soup. It's really good and only 140 calories for a bowl!

Do these homemade popcorn options result in fewer calories than the microwave popcorn available at the stores? I am curious....if it is worth it to switch to one of these homemade methods! Thanks! :happy:

I take a turkey sandwich on whole wheat sandwich thins or a whole wheat, low fat, tortilla wrap. I sometimes take a salad with chopped hardboiled egg, cucumber, and sunflower kernels. Topped with light dressing!

My mom supports me. She actually started me on the calorie-counting journey. She also cooks our meals, so by default the kids in the house are eating better. This happens at my house all the time. I just do a guesstimate of how many servings of each ingredient I ate. However, I make sure that I'm liberally estimating how many calories I ate. This hasn't failed me yet! You'll be fine! Best wishes!

I do this. I usually eat more on the weekends (or not as healthy as I do during the week). I make a conscious effort during the week to eat healthier and remain within or beneath my daily calorie level. I'm not sure if this is unhealthy..but I has worked so far! The calories don't rollover on MFP..but I do a manual…
