  • Well I fell short by 1024 Calorie; however, I did lose a pound. I am down to 147. But, today starts another week and I am still in this. I really like the 64 oz of water cause I am horrible at drinking water! Once again good challenge.

  • I hear you! I cannot even sleep I am so hungry. I have tried water and everything finally I just got up and had a muffin. So much for only having 6 calories left now I am over! I might ry having a glass of chocolate milk before I go to bed. That might work!

  • I hear you! I am a full-time employee, part-time student, mother, wife, and I love to eat. I myself am at an all time high weight wise. This site is nice because you can make friends that are in the same boat as you and you can get support and motivation. You can do it!
  • Good Luck! I am very new to this website and I am just coming off of Influenza A, work full-time, a mother, a wife, and a part-time student. It is nice to see other people challenges. I will work out a minimum of 3 days this week! I would like to try 5 but I have to be realistic, I am not 100% better yet!:smile:
